Hestercombe's famously restored gardens span three centuries of garden design and provide important examples of gardens in contrasting styles that continue to grow and develop. The restored 17th century watermill complex showcases historic uses of renewable energy alongside the original working mill machinery.
The award-winning visitor facilities include the warm and welcoming Stables Restaurant with a bright, airy courtyard, gift shop and plant centre. Inside the historic Hestercombe House find Hestercombe Contemporary Art Gallery, gallery shop, second-hand bookshop and period rooms, providing lots more to see and do, whatever the weather.
